"Go ahead – get dirty!"

That was the core idea behind a touring playground VEE created for CMI and the Wisk detergent brand. The message to kids was "have fun". The message to moms was "don't worry - Wisk will clean it up". The Wisk PlayDay portable playground stopped in places like the Bronx Zoo and the Navy Pier and offered tons of fun. Imagine oversized mushrooms with spin-art games and a Wisk bottle bubble machine. Picture a 14 foot anthill with slides, portholes and periscopes. Envision a music area with a caterpillar-shaped xylophone, a grass marimba and walnut-shaped steel-drums.

CMI also had a few tricky requirements for The Wisk PlayDay experience: it had to operate without power and water. It had to work indoors or out, so all materials had to be weather resistant. And with thousands of kids jumping all over it, it obviously had to be durable.
